My first blog…and not my last lol :)

Well…this is my first blog entry…How do you like me now

Like all days, I get up, get dressed and go to work or to go and do something. Some days are just more interesting than others.Today, I had the wonderful opportunity to give to a friend a gift to help him explore the beauty and wonder in and of this world. I know he appreciates it and will make use of this gift to the very best he can. It filled me with such joy seeing the kid come out in him. We went on a photowalk and I had the opportunity to view some of his shots…he has a gift. Actually many…but I won’t go into them.

I also had the opportunity to meet one of his friends. She is a very special person. Has the spice for life and with a son that is as cute as a button. She is destined to go far in this world…I can feel it

It made my day to see the wonders in life that come out when you give something to someone without expecting anything in return. This is who I am…giving without wanting anything else in return.

Now if I can remember all of the words of wisdom my Mom and Dad gave me while I was growing up…I wouldn’t go and do really stupid things. Yes…I did it…opened my mouth at the end of the night and ruined it all.

All I can say is that if it was bugging me that much…I am glad I opened my mouth and that, of course, it won’t happen again. It won’t because I drove that friend out of my life…for good.

Words of wisdom for tonight…think before you speak and leave your cellphone at home when you go out…lol.
