First, I have to say thank you to all of the people who left comments about my posts. I was surprised to see how many people had commented. I am still looking at 2 that are sitting in my spam box lol. When I can approve these for posting, I will have this done. Thank you for all of your wonderful support!!! YOU ARE ALL GREAT AND DON’T LET ANYONE TELL YOU DIFFERENT!!!
I have measured my weight this morning and I am now at 275.2 lbs. Another 1.4 lbs lost. And with this I look at my past month of re-establishing my business back in Victoria BC, working between home and the office, getting things organized and working longer hours due to the time of year and my trade. I am a bookkeeper and with T4′s, bookkeeping and tax returns (just starting to trickle in), I have been trying to watch things that I am eating but the exercise factor has been non-existant. I have no one but myself to blame. To fix this starting Jan 25/12, after I finish work or during the day between my workload, I take short walks keeping myself energized. When I have to go anywhere and am driving, I park further away to get that little bit of a walk in. I also find that listening to music that is upbeat keeps me motivated to keep going. Keeping going is the key. A happy person produces more endorphins which in turn keep you motivate (in the long run).
Another thing I have been doing is making sure I feel good about the way I look when I walk out the door for work or other. It makes a big difference on how you feel and what your energy levels may be.
And most important…keep yourself surrounded by people who love and support you.
